Our restaurant was founded in Honmoku, Yokohama in 1976 after being shocked by a hamburger we had eaten overseas! Even after our revival at Collete Mare, we still carry that hamburger, and it's an indispensable item at our restaurant, which opened as Japan's first cafe bar! If you're visiting, be sure to try it!
